摘要
焊接是不锈钢复合板压力容器制造过程中最重要的环节之一。其焊缝质量直接关系到设备的安全性、耐腐蚀性和设备的使用寿命,焊接质量控制是不锈钢复合板推广应用的关键环节。不锈钢复合板是不锈钢板与碳钢或低合金钢板复合而成,其焊接既不同于不锈钢,也不同于碳钢或低合金钢,而有其特点和难点。笔者通过对不锈钢复合板的焊接方法、焊接材料、坡口设计、焊接顺序和焊缝无损检测等方面的论述,对不锈钢复合板压力容器焊接技术进行探讨。
Welding is one of the foremost steps for manufacture of pressure vessel made of stainless clad steel plate.Security,corrosion-resistance and service life of pressure vessel is controlled by welding quality.Stainless clad steel plate is stainless steel-carbon steel composite, so,different from the welding of stainless steel plate and carbon steel plate,the welding of stainless clad steel plate has its own characteristics.This paper discusses the welding technology for pressure vessel made of stainless clad steel plate.
