摘要
我国复合材料无损检测技术经过几十年的发展和积累,在检测方法与技术研究、仪器设备研制与生产、人员培训与国际合作等诸多方面形成了明显的技术特色。几十年的研究与应用表明,高分辨率射频(RF)超声检测技术已经成为我国复合材料无损检测的主要技术,并已获得广泛的应用,其表面盲区和纵向分辨率可达0.125 mm,基于此原理的检测换能器、仪器、设备技术,可实现复合材料结构的超声自动化扫描成像检测和缺陷量化评估,检测通道达20个。声阻、声振技术在胶接结构无损检测中得到推广应用,可实现胶接缺陷的数字化检测与评估。激光超声和电子剪切成像技术近年来有了明显的进展和实际应用,具有较好的应用潜力。
