碳纤维复合材料电磁屏蔽性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着电子技术的广泛应用,电磁波引起的电磁干扰问题日益严重,电磁屏蔽成为当前国际上迫切需要解决的问题,电磁屏蔽材料的研究成为人们越来越关注的重要内容。本文阐述了电磁屏蔽材料的种类,电磁屏蔽原理以及碳纤维性能特点。同时,制备碳纤维复合材料电磁屏蔽效能试样,在30MHz-1.5GHz频率范围内用同轴传输线法进行了电磁屏蔽效能的测试。实验结果表明:在30MHz-1.5GHz频率范围内,碳纤维复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能在32.3dB-43.1dB之间。 With the wide application of electronic technology,electromagnetic interference caused by electromagnetic wave is becoming more and more serious.Electromagnetic shielding has become an urgent problem in the word.The research of electromagnetic shielding materials has become an important content that people pay more and more attention to.This paper introduces the importance of electromagnetic shielding materials,the principle of electromagnetic shielding and the characteristics of carbon fiber.At the same time,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon fiber composites was tested in the frequency range of 30 MHz-1.5 GHz by the coaxial transmission line method.The results show that the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of carbon fiber composites is between 32.3 dB-43.1 dB in the frequency range of 30 MHz-1.5 GHz.
