摘要
目的探讨巴林特小组活动减轻ICU护士职业压力和倦怠感的效果。方法于2018年1月组织我院有ICU工作经历的在职护士(28名)参加巴林特小组活动,活动每周1次,持续开展8次,比较活动前、后ICU护士的职业压力、倦怠感、共情能力、应对方式。结果活动后,ICU护士的CPSS总分、失控感、紧张感评分均显著低于活动前(P<0.05);活动后,ICU护士的MBI-GS总分、成就感低落、人格解体、情绪衰竭评分均显著低于活动前(P<0.05);活动后,ICU护士的JSE-HP总分、换位思考、情感护理、观点采择评分均显著高于活动前(P<0.05);活动后,ICU护士的退避评分均低于活动前,解决问题、合理化评分均高于活动前(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动不但能减轻ICU护士的职业压力和倦怠感,还有利于提升ICU护士的共情能力和应对能力。
Objective To explore the effect of the Balint group activity on reducing occupational stress and burnout of icu nurses.Methods In January 2018,28 on-the-job nurses who had ICU work experience in our hospital were organized to participated in the Balint group activities,activities were carried out once a week,and continued for 8 times.The occupational stress,burnout,empathy ability and coping style of ICU nurses before and after activities were compared.Results After the activity,the total score of CPSS,scores of uncontrollability and tension of ICU nurses were significantly lower than those before the activity(P<0.05).After the activity,the total score of MBI-GS,scores of low sense of achievement,personality disintegration and emotional exhaustion of ICU nurses were significantly lower than those before the activity(P<0.05).After the activity,the total score of JSE-HP,scores of transposition thinking,emotional nursing and viewpoint selection in ICU nurses were significantly higher than those before the activity(P<0.05).After the activity,the withdrawal score of ICU nurses was lower than that before the activity,and the scores of problem solving and rationalization were higher than those before the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion Balint group activities can not only alleviate the occupational stress and burnout of ICU nurses,but also improve their empathy and coping ability.
