摘要
目的:探讨单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术临床应用效果。方法:选取2015年11月至2017年7月行单孔胸腔镜Ⅰ-Ⅱ期肺癌根治术30例患者临床资料。结果:全组均镜下完成,无中转开胸、支气管胸膜瘘等并发症;手术时间(166±24.8) min,术中出血量(204.5±96.1) ml,胸腔闭式引流时间(5.9±2.5) d,术后住院时间(7.9±2.4) d。结论:单孔胸腔镜治疗Ⅰ-Ⅱ期肺癌安全、可行。
Objective:To investigate the application of single-hole video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) clinically for stageⅠ-Ⅱ lung cancer. Methods:30 cases of lung cancer patients in stageⅠ-Ⅱ were selected and successfully performed with single-hole VATS from November 2015 to July 2017. Results:The all patients were successfully completed by single-hole VATS without transferring thoracotomy,death and postoperative serious complications.The operation time was (166±24.8) min.Operative blood loss was (204.5±96.1) ml.Postoperative pleural drainage time was (5.9±2.5) d.Postoperative hospital stay was (7.9±2.4) d. Conclusion:It is safe and feasible to perform single-hole VATS for stageⅠ-Ⅱ lung cancer.
