单孔胸腔镜在孤立肺结节诊治中的价值 被引量:2

The Value of Single-Hole Thoracoscopic Surgery in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Solitary Pulmonary Nodules

摘要 目的探讨单孔胸腔镜在孤立肺结节诊治中的价值。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的86例孤立性肺结节患者为研究对象,所有患者均经病理检查确诊,根据不同诊治方法分为两组,观察组43例患者给予单孔胸腔镜手术治疗,对照组43例患者给予传统胸腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者手术时间和术中出血量以及术后疼痛程度。结果观察组患者手术时间(56.74±7.32)min,明显短于对照组(65.62±5.21)min,术中出血量(29.42±5.33)mL明显少于对照组(53.77±7.11)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=6.481 0、3.210 1,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后24 h、72 h、1周VAS评分分别为(3.09±0.35)分、(1.67±0.52)分、0.76±0.10)分,明显低于对照组(4.26±0.49)分、(2.67±0.60)分、(1.54±0.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.741 1、8.259 0、20.394 1,P<0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜手术治疗孤立性肺结节效果显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the value of single-hole thoracoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of solitary pulmonry nodules. Methods 86 patients with solitry puhnonary nodules admitted to the hospital (Janury 2015 to January 2017) were enrolled. All patients were diagnosed by pathological examination. They were divided into two groups according to different diagnosis and treatment methods, and 43 eases in the observation group were treated with single-port thoracoscopie surgery, and 43 patients in the control group were treated with conventional thoracoscop- ie surgery. The operation time and intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was (56.74+7.32)rain, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group (65.62±5.21)min. The intraoperative blood loss was (29.42±5.33)mL, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (53.77±7.11)mL, The difference was statistically significant. Academic significance (t=6.481 0, 3.210 1, P〈0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group were (3.09±0.35)points, (1.67±0.52)points, and (0.76±0.10)points at 24h, 72h, and 1 week, respectively, which were significantly lower than the control group of (4.26±0.49)points and (2.67±0.60)points, (1.54±0.23)points, the difference was statistically significant (t=12.741 1, 8.259 0, 20.394 1, P〈0.05). Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of solitry pulmonry nodules and is worthy of clinical promotion.
