摘要
本文对近年来的先进高纯分析方法进行了评述,包括质谱分析、中子和带电离子活化分析、化学光谱分析和射线光谱分析技术。从应用者的角度对高纯金属的检测方法的差异和优缺点进行了分析比较。指出高纯金属的分析,应根据高纯金属种类、用途,杂质种类综合考虑,选择适当检测方法。
This paper reviews the advanced high purity analysis methods in the last decade, including mass spectrometry, neutron and charged ion activation analysis, chemical spectrum analysis and ray spectrum analysis.The differences, advantages and disadvantages of high purity metal detection methods are analyzed and compared.For purity metal analysis, the appropriate detection method is selected according to purity metal type, use and impurity type.
