摘要 分析了中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司芳烃厂CO装置二氧化碳脱除单元中MDEA溶液的降解类型及部分降解产物,装置运行中携带进来的阴离子组成及来源,以及MDEA溶液中热稳定性盐组分占比高给装置的生产运行带来的工艺、设备等多方面的影响。通过采用移动胺液净化设备对MDEA溶液的在线净化,消除了CO装置二氧化碳脱除单元存在的热稳定性盐造成的各类隐患及影响,提高了MDEA吸附能力、降低了溶液对设备的腐蚀,同时降低了能耗物耗,提高了装置运行的经济效益。通过净化前后的参数对比,验证了胺液净化工艺的实际效果,对同类装置有一定的借鉴意义。 The high proportion of thermal stability salt components in MDEA solution in carbon dioxide removal section of CO syngas unit at aromatics plant in Sinopec Yangzi petrochemical has affected the process and equipment of the unit. This paper analyzes the effect, the types and products of MDEA solution degradation, and the composition and source of anion carried in the unit. The adoption of MDEA solution online-purification in mobile amine liquid purification equipment has effectively solved all kinds of hidden trouble and effect caused by thermal stability salt in carbon dioxide removal section of CO syngas unit, which can improve MDEA adsorption capacity, reduce equipment corrosion by MDEA solution, save material and energy consumptions, and improve economic benefits. Through the comparison of parameters before and after the purification, the practical effect of the amine purification process is verified, which is of reference significance for similar units.
