摘要
对于含有 H2 S、CO2 酸性气体的脱硫 ,新型空间位阻胺脱硫剂 LY-1比工业常用的脱硫剂 MDEA(N-甲基二乙醇胺 )对 H2 S具有更好的选择性 ,且吸收容量大 ,解吸性能好。本文研究了脱硫过程中 ,活性炭、Fe(OH) 3和 Fe S等固体颗粒对 LY-1 ,MDEA,DEA和 MEA脱硫剂溶液泡沫性能的影响。活性炭和 Fe(OH) 3颗粒对这些脱硫剂溶液泡沫性能的影响较大 ,尤其对 MDEA溶液更为显著。固体颗粒粒径大小对脱硫剂溶液泡沫性能的影响不大 ,但固体颗粒浓度对脱硫剂溶液泡沫性能的影响较大。
A new selective desulfurizer LY 1, sterically hindered amine, was prepared which had more excellent selectivity for H 2S in the presence of CO 2 in raw gas, and better absorption and desorption capacities than MDEA. The influence of activated carbon, Fe(OH) 3 and FeS particles in desulfurizer solutions on foaming and foam stability was studied by using LY 1, MDEA,DEA and MEA solution. The foaming property of these desulfurizer solution, especially the MDEA solution was remarkably affected by activated carbon and Fe(OH) 3 particles. The size of solid particles has little effect on the forming property of desulfurizer solution. However the concentration of solide particles has superior influence.
