摘要
天然气脱碳系统在运行过程中出现MDEA溶液污染、发泡及铁离子浓度高的问题,通过分析原因,探索改进措施,以提高系统的稳定性,减少设备腐蚀,实现装置的长周期稳定运行。
During operation of natural gas decarbonization system, MDEA solution may get contaminatedand foamed, and bring high concentration of ferric ion. This paper analyzed the operation of decarbonizingsystem and the causes led to equipment corrosion, and found out a method to improve system stabilization andreduce equipment corrosion for a long-term and safety operation.
