摘要
学生评教和教师评学是教学质量保障的两个重要抓手,文章从双向评价机制的构建、教与学评价的关联性以及评价结果的实证研究等方面开展探讨,并对高校教与学双向评价工作提出建议。
Student evaluation and teacher evaluation are two important aspects of teaching quality assurance. This paper discusses the construction of two-way evaluation mechanism, the relevance of teaching and learning evaluation and the empirical study of evaluation results, and puts forward suggestions for the two-way evaluation of teaching and learning in Colleges and universities.
