摘要
文章以合肥市三所应用型本科高校的1059位2018届本科毕业生为调查对象,通过非对口专业就业学生的就业影响因素分析,从大学生、企业、高校和政府四个方面提出有效减少大学毕业生非对口专业就业的建议和策略,有利于提升应用型本科高校人才培养质量,促进地方经济社会发展。
In this paper,1059 graduates of 2018 from three applied-oriented undergraduate universities in Hefei were investigated.analyzes the factors affecting the employment of non-corresponding students.It is helpful to improve the quality of talents training in applied undergraduate colleges and universities and promote local economic and social development to put forward the suggestions and strategies to reduce the employment of non-corresponding majors from four aspects:college students,enterprises,colleges and government.
