摘要
文章通过应用型本科高校招生、培养、就业联动的学理研究,从而探索招生专业以就业信息反馈和市场需求为导向的类型和规模设置,使得招生模式适应应用型本科高校改革和社会需求;改变以学科教学和学术标准确定人才培养目标、课程体系的单一模式,完善以需求为导向,以特色为依据的多元化模式,加强学生应用能力和创新能力的培养;加强就业指导委员会与招生、教学指导委员会的协调和沟通,通过内外部各环节、多层次的联动机制,充分发挥自身的功能,培育出适应社会需求的应用型、复合型、创新型人才。
This paper applied undergraduate college enrollment, training, employment linkage studies, so as to explore the type and scale of enrollment to set professional employment information feedback and market demand, the enrollment mode of application-oriented university reform and the needs of the society; To change teaching and learning the standard to determine the single mode of personnel training objectives, curriculum system, improve the demand-oriented, with features as diversified basis, strengthen the cultivation of students＂ practical ability and innovation ability; To strengthen the Guiding Committee of industry guidance committee and enrollment, teaching coordination and communication, through the linkage mechanism of each link, and multi-level. Giving full play to their functions, to cultivate application oriented and society needs innovative talents.
