摘要
招生、 培养、 就业是高校发展的基石,实现三者之间有效联动,能够促进高校的可持续发展,为国家建设提供源源不断的智力支持.然而,随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校虽然重视招生、 培养、 就业的环节,但是三者联动机制普遍存在着不同程度的缺失现象.为了更好的适应社会发展对专业人才的需求,某财经大学提出了"新经管"的发展战略,充分利用"互联网+"创新人才培养模式,探索就业工作有效路径.基于此,本文以"新经管"科学内涵为基础,系统综述国内外对三者联动的研究动态,精准透析联动机制构建所面临的困境及"新经管"发展战略下三项联动的实践经验,为高校在招生、 培养、 就业三者联动机制构建方面提出针对性的对策建议.
Enrollment,training and employment are the cornerstones of the development of colleges and universities.The effective linkage between the three parts can promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities and provide continuous intellectual support for national construction.Although colleges and universities attach great importance to the enrollment,training and employment with the popularization of higher education,there is a general lack of the effective linkage between the three parts in different degrees.In order to better apply to the need of professionals for social development,a financial and economic university puts forward the development strategy of“new economy and management”,makes full use of the“Internet+”innovative talent training model,and explores the effective path of employment.Based on this,relying on the scientific connotation of“new economy and management”,this paper systematically reviews the research trends of the three linkages at home and abroad,accurately analyzes the dilemma faced with the construction of linkage mechanism and the practical experience of the three linkages under the“new economy and management”development strategy.It puts forward targeted countermeasures for the construction of the linkage mechanism of enrollment,training and employment in colleges and universities.
