摘要
以畜牧业规模化养殖对饲草加工的需求为出发点,在混凝土搅拌车优选配合比控制系统的基础上,结合全混饲料搅拌机的应用特性,设计和研究了一套以AT9621为核心处理器的全混饲料搅拌机智能控制系统,并对该系统进行了试验验证。试验结果表明:该全混饲料搅拌机智能控制系统精度非常高,能够达到设计要求,具有较高的有效性和可行性。
Taking large-scale animal husbandry breeding of forage processing demand as the starting point,in the basis of the control system with the optimization of concrete mixer with mixed feed mixer application characteristics,it designs set of AT9621 as the core processor of the mixed feed mixer intelligent control system,and the system test. The test results show that the intelligent control system of the whole mixer is very high,which can meet the design requirements,and has high validity and feasibility.
