摘要
随着水稻育秧及玉米育秧技术的全面推广实施,综合利用农业废弃物的配方育秧土成为替代农田土保护耕地的有效手段。为此,针对配方土搅拌机设计参数分析研究的发展趋势问题,以混凝土搅拌机和饲料搅拌机设计参数分析研究现状为参考依据,归纳总结了螺带式搅拌机、涡轮式搅拌机及齿片搅拌机的结构特点、工作原理及配方育秧土搅拌的适用性,并根据配方育秧土的特点指出了未来配方育秧土搅拌机设计参数分析的发展方向。
With the popularization and implementation of rice seedling raising and corn seedling raising techniques,the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste formula seedling soil has become an effective means to replace farmland soil protection.In view of the development trend of the study on the design parameters of the formula soil mixer,the present situation of the study on the design parameters of the ready-mix concrete and the feed mixer is taken as a reference,the structure characteristics,working principle and applicability of the screw belt mixer,turbine mixer and gear blade mixer are summarized.According to the characteristics of formula soil for raising rice seedlings,the possible development direction of the design parameters analysis of the mixer for raising rice seedlings in the future was put forward.
