摘要
为调制加工出满足肉羊采食要求的全混合日粮,本文以卧式饲料混合搅拌机混料系统为研究对象,通过搭建混料系统试验台,并采用二次回归正交旋转组合方法设计试验方案,以搅龙转速、加工时间、充满系数和梅花刀片个数为试验因素,以混合均匀度、适口长度粗饲料占有比例和细粉率为评价指标进行试验研究。试验结果表明:搅龙转速取16-19 r/min,加工时间取26-31 min,充满系数36%-45%,梅花刀片取4-6个/导程时,可获得变异系数为18.7%-19.99%,适口粗饲料占有比例为80.0%-82.32%,细粉率为25.54%-29.96%的可以满足肉羊采食要求的全混合日粮。
This paper described such an experiment with horizontal feed mixer mixing material system as the research object, and modulation processing total mixed ration which met sheep production food requirement for the purpose. We built a mixed feeding system test bench and used the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination method to design the experiment scheme. The experimental factor were stir speed of the auger, processing time, full of coefficient and plum blade number. The evaluation index were the mixed uniformity, the length of palatable forage share proportion and the rate of fine powder. The results of the test showed that: when the stirring auger speed is from 16 to 19r/min, processing time is from 26 to 31 minutes and full coefficient of 36% to 45%, the plum blossom blade takes 4 to 6/guide process, it could obtain the result that the coefficient of variation was18.7%- 19.99%, the proportion of forage palatability is 80.0%- 82.32%, fine powder rate is 25.54%- 29.96%, which could met the mutton sheep production food requirement of total mixed ration.
