摘要
当前秸秆粉碎还田机械多为近地面作业,工作中刀片不可避免地与土壤、石块等接触,导致刀刃迅速磨损变钝,刀片不能有效地切断秸秆纤维。为此,设计了一种对辊式秸秆切碎装置,核心部件为一个带刀片辊子和一个带槽辊子。通过对切碎过程的运动与受力分析,确定刀辊半径为47.5mm,刀片数为6把,刀刃长度为3 5 0 mm,刀刃角度为2 5°,刀片厚度为5 mm,刀棱高度为1 1 mm,槽孔最小宽度为1 0 mm。制作试验台并进行了试验,结果表明:槽孔宽度对切碎效果影响显著,当对辊转速为600r/min、槽孔宽度为10mm时,切碎效果最好,玉米秸秆能够被切碎成50mm的小段,秸秆切碎长度合格率为86.80%,均满足行业标准。该研究结果为进一步优化结构、工作参数及生产考核提供了参考。
At present, the straw crushing and returning machine still working near ground, the blades were inevitably in contact with soil and stone lead them to blunt. Therefor an against-roller type straw cutting device was designed, the core parts of this device are a roller whit blades and a roller with groove. According to the analysis of the movement and force of the shredding process, the radius of the blades roller is 47.5 mm while the number of blades is 6, the length and angle of blade edge is 350mm and 25 ° separately, the thickness of blade is 5mm, the height of blade ridge is 11mm, and the minimum width of slot is 10 mm. The test results showed that the width of the slot has a significant effect on the chopping effect, and the best chopping effect happened when the speed of against-roller is 600 r/min and the width of slot is 10mm. At this time, the corn stalks can be cut into short section at 50mm, the qualified rate of straw cutting length is 86.80%, all the indexes meet the industry standards. The research results provide a reference for further optimization of the structure, working parameters and production evaluation.
