摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,对能源的需求与日俱增,而我国每年都会产生大量的生物质原料,开发生物质能源具有广阔的发展前景。为此,对生物质颗粒成型机理进行了研究,通过对生物质原料中的玉米秸秆进行颗粒成型实验,分析原料粒度、温度、水分与纤维成分等相关因素在不同条件和指标下对颗粒成型的影响,并总结归纳测试结果。对生物质颗粒成型机构的关键部件环模进行研究,对环模直径、模孔结构、环模转速及压辊直径的设计进行了分析与阐述,探索环模结构设计的思路与方向,为设计性能优异的生物质颗粒成型机构和开发生物质能源提供技术支持。
With the rapid development of our economy,the demand for energy grows day by day,and our country will produce large amounts of biomass raw materials each year,the development of biomass energy has the broad prospects.This paper study the forming mechanism of the biomass particles,through the experiment particle formation on maize straw of biomass raw materials,analysis the effect on particle formation of size of materials,temperature,moisture,fibre composition and other related factors in different conditions,and summary test results.By study the key components ring mode of the biomass particle formation structure,the design of ring mode diameter,mode hole structure,ring mode speed and pressure roller diameter were analyzed and explained.Exploring the direction of the ring mold structure design,technical support is provided to the design performance of biomass particles forming mechanism and development of biomass energy.
