摘要
生物质能是一种既清洁又可再生的能源,生物质固体成型燃料技术是生物质能源转化与利用的主要发展方向之一。在分析生物质平模成型机的工作原理基础上,进行锥辊式秸秆生物质平模机总体结构设计,对锥辊、成型模孔等关键部件进行改进设计。生物质平模机的使用推广,实现了对秸秆等生物质能源有效利用,也有助于解决秸秆生物质资源浪费及污染问题。
Biomass energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy,biomass solid formed fuel technologies is one of the main development directions of biomass energy conversion and utilization. Based on analyzing the working prineiple of biomass plane-die briquetting machine,the overall structural of the cone stick biomass plane-die briquetting machine is designed ,and the key components of cone roller and molding holes are improved and designed. The using promotion of straw biomass plane-die briquetting machine can promote the realization of the effective use of straw biomass,while help to solve the problems of straw biomass resource waste and pollution.
