摘要
皮肤病与性病学是一门直观性很强的形态学科,皮损形态多样,病种复杂繁多,不容易辨别,皮肤性病的诊治又与其他学科差别大,专业性极强。临床实习是医学生临床工作开始的重要阶段,故而临床实习教学是高等医学教育的关键环节,是理论结合实际、培养高素质医学人才的重要环节。文章在皮肤科的实习教学中探索采用多种模式(包括PBL教学模式、多媒体辅助教学、翻转课堂等)相结合的方法,激发学生对皮肤病与性病学的学习兴趣和学习热情,培养和提高学生的临床思维能力、临床实践技能以及独立学习的能力,从而进一步探索如何提高皮肤科临床实习生的教学质量。
Dermatology and venereology is a very intuitive morphological discipline,with various skin lesions,complex and diverse diseases,which are difficult to distinguish.The diagnosis and treatment of dermatosis and venereology differ greatly from other disciplines and are highly professional.Clinical practice is an important stage in the beginning of medical students' clinical work.Therefore,clinical practice teaching is a key link in higher medical education and an important link in integrating theory with practice and training high-quality medical talents.This paper explores the method of combining various modes in dermatology practice teaching, including PBL teaching mode,multimedia assisted teaching,flip classroom, etc.,to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in dermatology and venereology,to cultivate and improve students' clinical thinking ability, clinical practice skills and independent learning ability.So we can further explore how to improve the teaching quality of dermatology clinical interns.
