摘要 目的深入分析和探究情景教学法在心血管疾病的临床教学工作中的实际作用与效果,探究具体的应用策略。方法于2019年1月—2021年1月将80名心血管疾病临床实习的学生作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式分为观察组以及对照组,每组40名。对照组采用常规教学方式,观察组采用情景教学方式,对比分析两组学生的理论考核成绩,对其学习成果进行全面评价。结果观察组学生的理论考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学生在学习兴趣、能力提升、沟通能力、综合发展等方面的教学效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用情景教学法针对心血管疾病临床实习生开展教学工作,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生提高知识的掌握能力,促进实习生综合能力的提升。 Objective To deeply analyze and explore the actual role and effect of the situational teaching method in the clinical teaching of cardiovascular disease,and explore and analyze its specific application strategies.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,by taking 80 clinical students of cardiovascular disease as the research object.And they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the situational teaching method.The theoretical assessment scores of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed,and their learning outcomes were comprehensively evaluated.Results The theoretical test scores of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of learning interest,ability improvement,communication ability,and comprehensive development,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of situational teaching method to carry out teaching work for clinical interns of cardiovascular disease is beneficial to effectively improve students'interest in learning,help students to improve their ability to master knowledge,and effectively promote the improvement of interns'comprehensive ability.
