摘要
尽管人们对于人工智能的评价毁誉参半,但人工智能走进各行各业是时代发展的必然。人工智能是人类智能的延伸,与教育"血脉相连"。人工智能将使教育管理更具前瞻性,促成教育管理的数据化、透明化和管理理性,重构教育管理监督与纠偏体系。但是,人工智能全面"落地"难、"智""愚"双重属性、侵犯隐私或违背伦理之可能性等问题给教育管理带来了挑战。教育管理之计划、组织、领导、控制职能引入人工智能是瑕瑜互见的。"智能化"与"人格化"之间也存在诸多统一与冲突之处。厘清人与人工智能在教育管理活动中的工作边界、加强相关法律功能、时刻警惕陷入对人工智能过分依赖的误区、构建切实可行的应用驱动和机制创新策略、做好适切于人工智能发展和应用的教育管理人才培养工作,将促使人工智能与教育管理相得益彰,以智能化开启教育管理现代化新征程。
Although people's evaluation of artificial intelligence is mixed,the involvement of artificial intelligence has become an inevitable trend in all walks of life.In particular,in recent years,driven by new theoretical,strong demands for economic and social development,and new technologies such as the Internet,big data,supercomputing,sensor networks,brain sciences,the momentum of artificial intelligence has become a new engine of economic development,a new focus of international competition and new opportunities for social construction.Just as the human eye can't see too small and distant matter and needs to rely on microscopes and telescopes,artificial intelligence is not an external thing;it is an extension of human intelligence.Artificial intelligence is closely linked with education:first,education of mankind is the foundation of artificial intelligence technology development(the intellectual resources needed for the development and application of artificial intelligence technology are provided by the education of mankind);second,the ways by which artificial intelligence machines acquire intelligence and knowledge are similar to human education(machines will be good at learning to learn).Therefore,the educational management reform in the era of artificial intelligence is the inevitable development of history:artificial intelligence"originates"in education,which in turn is applied to education and used in all aspects of educational management process.The practical significance of artificial intelligence to education management is mainly as follows:artificial intelligence will make education management more forward-looking,facilitate data utilization in education management,and improve the transparency and rationality of education management as well as reconstructing the supervision and rectification system of education management.However,artificial intelligence may also pose challenges to education management.The full implementation of artificial intelligence is somehow difficult and artificial intelligence has t
