摘要
目的分析、对比儿科几种常见神经系统疾病的临床表现与治疗方式。方法将我院儿科接收的272例神经系统疾病患儿作为研究对象,同时进行回顾性分析,深入的探究所有患儿患病之后的临床表现,在患儿疾病的表现形式的基础上采取相应的治疗措施。结果在所有的神经系统疾病的患儿中,64例为智力低下患儿、65例为先天性脑积水患儿、50例为脑性瘫痪患儿、52例为癫痫患儿,还有41例为脑膜炎患儿,同时所有患儿经过治疗后的精神状态评分(90.65±5.47)分和运动功能评分(91.45±5.22)分明显高于治疗前的精神状态评分(70.08±3.21)分和运动功能评分(72.55±3.08)分(P<0.05)。结论不同的神经系统疾病有不同的临床表现形式,在影响患儿身体健康的同时,还会制约其正常生活,这就需要儿科医护人员有效的应用治疗措施,帮助患儿尽快的恢复身体健康。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical manifestations and treatments of several common neurological diseases in the department of pediatrics.Methods A total of 272 patients with neurological diseases admitted in the department of pediatrics of our hospital were enrolled in the study.At the same time,a retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the clinical manifestations of all children suffering from the disease.Corresponding treatment measures were taken based on the manifestations of the disease.Results Of all children with neurological disorders,64 cases were children with mental retardation,65 cases were congenital hydrocephalus,50 cases were cerebral palsy,and 52 cases were children with epilepsy,and 41 children with meningitis.At the same time,the mental state scores(90.65±5.47)and motor function scores(91.45±5.22)of all children after treatment were significantly higher than those(70.08±3.21 and 72.55±3.08)before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Different neurological diseases have different clinical manifestations.When affecting the physical health of children,they will also restrict their normal life.This requires effective application of therapeutic measures by pediatric medical staff to help children recover their bodies as soon as possible.
