舰用塑壳断路器电磁脱扣器的优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对普通工频断路器用于400Hz条件下的舰船上不能通断问题,采用了基于磁路和基于磁场的分析方法,对额定工作电流为25A的断路器的脱扣器进行了研究。建立了脱扣器的三维模型,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行静态电磁仿真分析计算,找出了工频脱扣器不能正常脱扣的因素,并根据影响因素和实际工作经验,对原有的脱扣器进行了优化设计,仿真的结果得到了实验验证。 Aiming at the problem that the common power circuit breaker can not be broken on board under the condition of 400 Hz,based on magnetic circuit and magnetic field analysis method,the tripping device of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB)in ship with rated current of 25A is studied.The three-dimensional model of the tripper is established,and the static electromagnetic analysis and calculation are carried out in the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The factors which can not be removed normally are found out.According to the influence factors and actual work experience,the original release is optimized.The simulation results are verified by the experiment.
