摘要
基于微分电感对电磁脱扣器的动态特性进行了求解。通过Ansys中的电磁模块计算了电磁脱扣器不同间隙、不同电流的静态吸力和微分电感数据,为计算电磁脱扣器的动态特性方程组提供了插值数据,从而可以准确地求解电磁脱扣器的动特性曲线。仿真计算论证了不同线圈匝数对电磁脱扣器起动时间和运动时间的影响,并验证了不同激励源下电磁脱扣器合理工作的可行性。
The dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic release were solved based on differential inductance.The maxwell force and differential inductance were calculated in different currents and different gap by using electromagnetic module of the finite element software Ansys,providing a table to solve the equations of dynamic characteristic. The simulation computation demonstrates the effects of different coil turns on the start-up time and movement time of electromagnetic release,and verifies the feasibility of different excitation on electromagnetic release.
