摘要
为了在实现汽车轻量化的同时保证其安全系数,钢铝异种材料的连接技术成为研究重点。数值模拟是研究钢铝电阻点焊机理的有效途径之一。总结钢铝点焊模型的建立与发展,从熔核形成、金属间化合物的形成以及其他参数的变化分析三方面阐述了钢铝点焊数值模拟的研究进展,并探讨了钢铝点焊数值模拟未来的研究空间。
In order to realize the lightweight of automobile and ensure its safety coefficient,the joining technology of steel and aluminum dissimilar materials becomes the research focus.Numerical simulation is one of the effective ways to study the mechanism of Al-Steel resistance spot welding(RSW).The establishment and development of a model for Al-steel RSW is summarized.The research progress of the numerical simulation for Al-steel RSW is introduced from three aspects:formation of nugget,formation of the intermetallic compounds and analysis of other welding parameters change.In addition,the future development space of numerical simulation of Al-Steel RSW is discussed.
