摘要
设计了以VB6.0为软件开发平台,研华工控为硬件核心的接触电阻测量系统.该系统由压力控制、温度控制、接触电阻测量和数据采集控制4个部分组成.研制的测量系统能够在模拟实际电阻焊压力和温度状态下,对薄板接触电阻进行连续采集,并用曲线动态显示,为分析不同表面状态板材的接触电阻提供了硬件条件.
A contact resistance measure system was designed based on visual basic 6.0 and the products of Advantech.The system consisted of pressure controlling,temperature controlling,contact resistance measuring and data acquisition unit.Contact resistances can be measured continuously under the controlled temperature and pressure which simulating resistance welding condition and the results were shown as a waveform dynamically.It provided hardware for the analysis of the contact resistance in different surface stat...
