摘要
铝型材挤压是铝制合金制造的主要步骤之一,随着现代工业制造材料开发强度逐步加大,铝型材料应用范围也不断扩大。基于此,结合铝型材料挤压过程数据模拟分析具体情况,对模型参数优化等方法进行相分析,旨在充分发挥技术优势,提升铝型材挤压制造产品质量。
Aluminum extrusion is one of the main steps in the manufacture of aluminum alloys. As the development of modern industrial materials is gradually increasing, the application range of aluminum materials is also expanding. Based on this, combined with the aluminum alloy material extrusion process data simulation analysis of specific conditions, phase analysis of the model parameters and other methods, in order to give full play to the technical advantages, improve the quality of aluminum extrusion products.
