摘要
对技术创新、企业文化创新、企业管理创新的意义进行分析,推导创新对于企业发展的意义。同时,对影响企业创新的内部因素和外部因素进行研究,在此基础上构建企业创新和企业发展的理论数据模型,同时对模型参数进行测算,确定对企业创新和企业发展有显著影响的因素,并对其影响进行量化。
This paper will analyze the significance of technological innovation,corporate culture innovation,and enterprise management innovation,and derive the significance of innovation for enterprise development.At the same time,the internal and external factors affecting enterprise innovation will be studied.On this basis,the theoretical data model of enterprise innovation and enterprise development will be constructed.At the same time,the model parameters will be measured to determine the significant impact on enterprise innovation and enterprise development.Factors and quantify their impact.
