摘要
互联网行业的创新发展是中国经济转型的重大契机,势必将深刻影响和重塑传统产业行业格局。互联网创新发展的意义重大,本文以定量化为原则,从创新动力基础、创新社会环境、创新经济价值、创新资本动态、创新活跃领域和创新成果效益六个方面构建中国互联网行业创新能力发展指数体系,并运用层次分析法对指数进行了评定。结果表明,我国互联网创新环境获得明显提升,一些新的创新领域活跃度增长显著;创新企业价值与创新资本动态交相辉映;创新动力基础和成果效益发展平稳。
Innovation and development of the Internet industry is a major opportunity for China'seconomic transformation, it is bound to profoundly affect and reshape the pattern of traditionalindustries. According to the quantitative principle, this paper constructs the innovation ability indexsystem of China Internet industry, from the foundation, innovation environment, innovation ofeconomic value, innovation capital dynamic and active innovation field and innovation benefit .This paper uses AHP method to evaluation the index. The results show that the Internet innovationenvironment in China was improved significantly, some new innovation activities increasedsignificantly; the innovation of enterprise value and innovation capital enhanced one another'sability; innovation power base and innovation benefits developed bothsteady.
