摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定烟用添加剂中甲醛含量,通过建立数学模型来分析不确定度的主要来源,并对不同来源的不确定度进行评定。结果表明:添加剂中甲醛含量为(5.4±0.30) mg/kg。按不确定度对测定结果影响程度的大小依次分别为:标准溶液配制、测量重复性、样品定容、样品称量。
Formaldehyde content in tobacco additive was measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)method.The main sources of uncertainty were analyzed by mathematical model,and the uncertainty components were evaluated.The results showed that formaldehyde content in tobacco additive were(5.4±0.30)mg/kg.According to the influences on determination results were respectively the preparation of standard solution,the repeatability of measurement,the constant volume of samples and the samples weighing.
