摘要
通过对水基胶中甲醛含量在检测过程中不确定度来进行逐项分析与评定,建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定水基胶中甲醛含量的不确定度评定的数学模型,得出测定水基胶中甲醛含量的不确定度。结果表明,当样品甲醛测定值为17.5 mg/kg时,扩展不确定度U=2.1 mg/kg(k=2),扩展相对不确定度为12%。
The sources of uncertainties in the determination of formaldehyde are analyzed and assessed. And the mathematical model for assessment of uncertainties in formaldehyde detected by HPLC is established. Results show that when the measured results of formaldehyde is 17.5 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty is U=2.1 mg/kg,the expanded relative uncertainty is 12%.
