摘要
为了提高检测结果的准确性,对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的测量不确定度进行了分析和评定,建立了测量不确定度评定的数学模型,确定了其测量不确定的来源。结果表明:HPLC法测定卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的测量不确定度主要来源为抽吸过程、测量重复性和标准溶液的配制过程;测量结果的标准不确定度为0.2μg/支,在95%的置信度下,取包含因子为k=2,其扩展不确定度为0.4μg/支。
In order to improve the accuracy of test results, the measurement uncertainty of phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was analyzed and evaluated. The mathematical model for measurement uncertainty assessment was established and the sources of uncertainty were identified. The results indicated that the main sources of uncertainty were smoking process, measurement repeatability and the process of standard solution preparation. The standard uncertainty of measurement results was 0.2μg/cig and the expanded uncertainty was 0.4 μg/cig (κ = 2) at the confidence level of 95%.
