摘要
为探讨接装纸透气度对卷烟在线吸阻的影响,采用自主研发的系统对卷烟燃烧及非燃烧两种状态下的在线吸阻进行了测定,并分析了变化趋势。结果表明:(1)具有同一接装纸透气度的样品,逐口燃烧在线吸阻均高于对应的非燃烧在线吸阻,两种在线吸阻均随抽吸口数的增加而减小。(2)随卷烟抽吸口序的增加,非燃烧状态下的滤嘴通风度逐渐减小。(3)随接装纸透气度的减小,卷烟首末口非燃烧在线吸阻的降幅是9.50%~20.51%,燃烧在线吸阻的降幅是1.96%~10.11%,具有较高透气度样品的在线吸阻的降幅逐渐减小,口与口之间的抽吸相对更稳定。(4)透气度对卷烟非燃烧在线吸阻的影响较燃烧在线吸阻大。
In order to investigate the effects of tipping paper permeability on the online draw resistance of cigarette,the online draw resistance of lit and unlit cigarettes was determined by an in-house analysis system, and the dynamic variation was analyzed.The results showed that:1)For the samples with the same tipping paper permeability,the puff-by-puff online draw resistance of lit cigarette was higher than that of unlit cigarette,and both of them decreased with the proceeding of puffing.2)The filter ventilation rate of unlit cigarette decreased gradually with the sequence of puffing.3)With the decrease of tipping paper permeability, the online draw resistance of the last puff of unlit and lit cigarettes decreased by 9.50%-20.51% and 1.96%-10.11% comparing with that of the first puff,respectively.For the samples with higher tipping paper permeability,the decline of online draw resistance slowed down gradually and the difference of online draw resistance between puffs was relatively stable.4)The influence of tipping paper permeability on the online draw resistance of unlit cigarette was more obvious than on that of lit cigarette.
