摘要
目的 探讨纳洛酮与氨茶碱对小儿急性呼吸衰竭疗效及血清电解质水平的影响。方法 回顾性分析本院2017年1月至2018年2月100例小儿急性呼吸衰竭患儿,根据治疗方式分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上进行纳洛酮与氨茶碱联合治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效、血气分析指标变化、肺功能改善情况以及血清电解质水平。结果 观察组治疗有效率94.00%,高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿血气指标PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P >0.05);治疗后,观察组PaO2、SaO2水平分别为(76.27±6.32)mmHg、(90.17±6.13)%,高于对照组,PaCO2水平(53.88±2.04)mmHg低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿钾、钠电解质水平正常率60.00%、62.00%,高于对照组40.00%、42.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 纳洛酮与氨茶碱可显著提高小儿急性呼吸衰竭临床疗效,改善血气指标,纠正血清电解质水平。
Objective To explore the effects of naloxone and aminophylline on the efficacy and serum electrolytes levels of children with acute respiratory failure.Methods The clinical treatments of 100 children with acute respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the children were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given naloxone combined with aminophylline on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis indexes,lung function improvement,and serum electrolytes levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(94.00%vs.80.00%)(P<0.05).The levels of PaO2,SaO2 in the two groups after treatment were higher than that before treatment,and the level of PaCO2 was lower than that before treatment,and the levels of PaO2,SaO2 in the observation group[(76.27±6.32)mmHg,(90.17±6.13)%]were higher than those in the control group,and the level of PaCO2[(53.88±2.04)mmHg]was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal rate of sodium,potassium electrolyte level in the observation group were higher than those in control group(60.00%vs.40.00%,62.00%vs.42.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Naloxone and aminophylline can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,improve blood gas indexes,and correct serum electrolytes levels of children with acute respiratory failure.
