摘要
目的应用社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)、中文版知觉心理压力量表(Chinese perceptual stress scale,CPSS)分析急诊科护士社会支持及心理压力的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月急诊科护士114名,应用CPSS与SSRS问卷调查急诊科护士社会支持与心理压力情况,采用Pearson相关性分析急诊科护士社会支持与心理压力的相关性。结果急诊科护士CPSS总分值为(27. 47±6. 09)分,工作年限≤5年、护师或主管护师、大专或本科、不轮班与本地的急诊科护士CPSS总分值、紧张感评分、失控感评分均明显低于工作年限6～22年者、护士、中专、轮班与外地的急诊科护士(P <0. 05)。急诊科护士SSRS总分值为(37. 63±6. 25)分,工作年限≤5年、大专或本科与已婚的急诊科护士SSRS总分值、支持利用度分值、主观支持分值与客观支持分值均明显高于工作年限6～22年者,中专与未婚的急诊科护士(P <0. 05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,急诊科护士社会支持与心理压力呈明显的负相关(P <0. 05)。结论急诊科护士心理压力高于健康危险压力,而社会支持仅处于中等水平,医院管理者应提供良好的社会支持,以减轻心理压力的负面作用。
Objective To analyze the correlation between social support and mental stress for the nurses in emergency department by means of Chinese Perceptual Stress Scale(CPSS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Methods A total of 114 nurses in emergency department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study.The social support and mental stress were investigated by using CPSS and SSRS questionnaire,and the correlation between social support and mental for nurses in emergency department nurses was analyzed by means of Pearson correlation analysis.Results The total scores of CPSS for nurses in emergency department were(27.47±6.09)points,and the total scores of CPSS,tense feeling scores and out of control feeling scores in the nurses with working lifetime≤5 years,in the primary nurses or nurse-in-charge,with education background of junior college or university,without shift and local nurses were significantly lower than those of nurses in emergency department with working lifetime 6~22 years,the nurses with education background of secondary medical school,on shift and ecdemic nurses(P<0.05).The total scores of SSRS score for nurses in emergency department were(37.63±6.25)points,and the total scores of SSRS,support utilization scores,subjective support scores and objective support scores for the nurses in department nurses,with working lifetime≤5 years,with education background of junior college or university,and in the married nurses were significantly higher than those of nurses in emergency department nurses,with working lifetime 6~22 years,with education background of secondary medical school,and the married nurses(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the social support was closely negatively correlated with mental stress for the nurses in emergency department(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental stress is higher than the health risk stress for the nurses in emergency department,but the social support is only at moderate levels,thus,it is necessary for hospital administrators t
