摘要
目的研究腹腔镜手术高清视频在普外科教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2016年6月—2018年6月在我院普外科实习的学生60名,依据教学方法将这些学生分为两组,即传统教学模式组(对照组)和腹腔镜手术高清视频辅助教学组(研究组),每组30名,对照组学生采用传统教学模式,研究组学生采用腹腔镜手术高清视频辅助教学,然后统计分析两组学生的学习效果、对教学的满意度。结果研究组学生的理论成绩、实践成绩、平均成绩(25.2±3.5)分、(68.1±19.1)分、(95.2±4.4)分,均高于对照组(20.0±3.1)分、(42.2±7.0)分、(85.1±12.0)分(P <0.05)。研究组学生对教学特别满意21例,满意8例,满意度为96.7%(29/30);对照组学生对教学特别满意14例,满意9例,满意度为76.7%(23/30)。研究组学生对教学的满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术高清视频在普外科教学中的应用效果较传统教学模式好,更能有效提升学生的学习效果及对教学的满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of high definition video in laparoscopic surgery in department of general surgery teaching.Methods 60 students in the department of general surgery of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected.According to the teaching methods,the students were divided into two groups,namely,the traditional teaching model group(control group)and the high definition video in laparoscopic surgery auxiliary teaching group(study group),30 cases in each group,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching model.The students in the study group were taught laparoscopic surgery with highdefinition video,and then the learning effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The students'theoretical achievement,practical achievement,average score were(25.2±3.5),(68.1±19.1)and(95.2±4.4)scores,significantly higher than those of the control group of(20.0±3.1),(42.2±7.0)and(85.1±12.0)(P<0.05).In the study group,21 cases were satisfied with the teaching satisfaction,8 cases were satisfactory and the satisfaction was 96.7%(29/30).The students in the control group were particularly satisfied with teaching 14 cases,9 cases were satisfied and the satisfaction was 76.7%(23/30).The satisfaction degree of the students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high definition video in laparoscopic surgery in the teaching of the department of general surgery is better than the traditional teaching model,and it can improve the students'learning effect and the satisfaction of teaching.
