摘要
为了筛选出适宜在海南种植的小白菜品种,对2017年筛选出来的5个小白菜品种进行进一步的品种比较试验。分别测定了植物学性状、耐热性、相关品质性状及产量。结果表明:京研快菜和黄金小白菜2个品种的综合性状表现较优,主要经济性状指标高于对照,表现出较好的丰产性,且耐热性较强,维生素C含量较高;京研黑叶和京研黑叶5号2个品种虽然维生素C含量低于对照,但产量比对照高,并且具有较好的耐热性;长梗白菜产量、维生素C含量和耐热性指标均表现不佳。综上所述,京研快菜和黄金小白菜2个品种高产优质、耐热性强,适宜在海南陵水地区6～7月份种植。
Five cabbage varieties selected in 2017 were planted and their botanical traits,heat tolerance,related quality and yield were determined and compared to select suitable Chinese Cabbage varieties for cultivation in Hainan.The results showed that the cabbages varieties‘Jingyankuaicai’and‘Golden cabbage’had better performance in overall traits,with the main economic traits being higher than those of the control.These two varieties had a good yield with higher heat resistance and higher Vitamin C content.The Chinese cabbage varieties‘Jingyanheiye’and‘Jingyanheiye No.5’was lower in Vitamin C content than the control but had a higher yield and higher heat resistance than the control.The Chinese cabbage variety‘Long-stemmed cabbage’was lower in yield,Vitamin C content and heat resistance.It is thus concluded that the Chinese cabbage varieties‘Jingyankuaicai’and‘Golden cabbage’had a high yield with high quality and high heat resistance and were suitable for cultivation from June to July in Lingshui,Hainan.
