摘要
进入21世纪,新一轮的信息技术革命为我国的在线开放课程提供了有效的技术支撑和发展机遇。这种课程新模式正在加速教育模式和课程资源的深度融合,并推动高等教育迈向信息化发展道路。在这种时代背景下,地方应用型本科如何借力推进在线开放课程的建设,如何迎接挑战和机遇,对学校自身发展乃至国家教育未来大局都至关重要。
In the entrance of 21s century,the new round of revolution in information technology has supplied effective technological support and opportunity for the online open course in our nation.This new model has sped up the deep-rooted integration of teaching pattern and course resources,thus promote the informatization of higher education.In this context,the local applied undergraduate college should facilitate its development with the assistance of online open course and cope with the challenge as well as opportunity.It is of vital importance for the college itself and the future of our nation.
