摘要
[目的]研究采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红松松针挥发油的最佳工艺。[方法]设计单因素试验和正交试验,以挥发油得油率为指标,考察投放原料质量、浸泡时间、料液比、蒸馏时间等影响因素。[结果]最佳提取条件是投放原料150 g、料液比1∶9、浸泡12 h、蒸馏提取时间5 h,平均得油率为0.323%,RSD为6.87%。[结论]该研究为松针挥发油提取提供理论依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the optimum process for extracting volatile oil from pine needles of Pinus koraiensis by steam distillation.[Method]By designing single factor tests and the orthogonal test and choosing the yield of volatile oil as index,this study investigated the influence of quantity of pine needles,soaking time,material to liquid ratio,and distillation time.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the quantity of pine needle was 150 g,the material to liquid ratio was 1 ∶9,the soaking time was 12 hours and the distillation time was 5 hours.The average yield of volatile oil was 0.323%,and the RSD was 6.87%.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of volatile oil from pine needles.
