摘要
研究超临界CO2萃取薰衣草精油的工艺,考察萃取压力、温度、时间和CO2流量对薰衣草精油得率的影响,正交设计试验确定工艺条件,各因素对薰衣草精油得率影响程度是萃取时间>压力>CO2温度>流量。薰衣草精油得率为3.26%-4.50%。优化的工艺条件为萃取压力22 MPa、温度45℃、CO2流量20 L/h,萃取时间120 m in。经GC/MS分析结果显示薰衣草精油的主要成分为:顺式氧化芳樟醇2.75%;反式氧化芳樟醇0.75%;桉叶油素0.4%;芳樟醇14.53%;乙酸芳樟脂25.40%;乙酸薰衣草酯7.93%;薰衣草醇2.0%;龙脑1.05%;丁酸己酯1.44%等。
A technology of extracting essential oil from lavender with supercritical carbon dioxide is described. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction pressure and extraction time on general rate of extraction is systematically investigated. The optimum operating conditions is confirmed. The result shows: the order of sequence of factors is extraction time 〉 pressure 〉 temperature 〉 flow rate of Carbon Dioxide, the rate of extraction is 3.26% - 4.50%. The optimum operating conditions are extraction pressure 20MPa, time 120 min, temperature 45℃ flow of Carbon Dioxide 20 L/h. the volatile chemical compositions in the essence are separated and identified by GC/MS. The main Fragrant compounds are Cis - Linaloloxide 2.75% ;Tran -Linaloloxide 0.75% ;1,8 -Cineole 0.4% ; Linalool 14.53% ; Linalyl Butyrate 25.40% ;Lavanduyl Acetate 7.93% ;Lavandulol 2.0% ;Borneol 1.05% ;Hexyl Butyrate 1.44%.
