摘要
近年来,大孔树脂吸附技术广泛应用于黄酮类化合物的分离纯化,已成为黄酮类化合物的重要分离技术。文章介绍并整理近几年国内外利用大孔吸附树脂分离富集黄酮类化合物的研究文献,综述影响大孔树脂纯化工艺的因素和吸附机制,介绍超声波辅助大孔树脂技术在分离纯化黄酮类化合物上的应用,总结大孔树脂纯化前后黄酮类化合物的生物活性差异等,为深入研究黄酮类化合物的分离纯化和生产提供理论基础。
In recent years,macroporous resin adsorption technology has been widely used in the separation and purification of flavonoids,and has become an important separation technology of flavonoids.This paper introduces and collates the research literature of separation and enrichment of flavonoids by macroporous resin in recent years at home and abroad,reviews the factors affecting the purification process of macroporous resin and the adsorption mechanism,introduces the application of ultrasound assisted macroporous resin technology in the separation and purification of flavonoids,summarizes the biological activity differences of flavonoids before and after purification by macroporous resin.The paper provide a theoretical basis for further study of the separation,purification and production of flavonoids.
