摘要
黑色分散染料是目前应用量较大的一类品种,构成黑色分散染料的各组分拼混比例多由色三角法或计算机测配色法实验确定,该比例的准确与否直接影响染料包括染色纺织品的色光以及表观色深度等染色性能。在前期实验研究的基础上,对筛选的一组中温型分散染料分别通过色三角法和计算机测配色法进行以染色样品的明度值L、K/S为评价目标的拼混实验。实验结果表明:色三角法确定黑色分散染料的拼混比例虽然实验工作量大,但趋近方式所获得的拼混比例结果更为精确,所得黑色拼混型分散染料可以实现明度值L*=14. 70的深黑色染色织物,表明拼色组分的选取及其拼混比例较为合理。
The black disperse dye is a kind of variety that is currently used in a large amount.The proportion of each component constituting the black disperse dye is mostly determined by the color triangle method or the computer color matching experiment.The accuracy of the ratio directly affects the dye including the dyeing properties such as color shade and apparent color depth of the dyed textile.On the basis of the previous experimental research,a set of medium-temperature disperse dyes were screened by color triangle method and computer color matching method to compare the brightness values L and K/S of the dyed samples.The experimental results showed that the color triangle method determined the blending ratio of black disperse dyes,although the experimental workload was large,the blending ratios obtained by the approaching method were more accurate,the obtained black compound disperse dye could realize dyed fabric with brightness value L*=14.70,indicating that the selection of the color-matching components and its blending ratio were more reasonable.
