改性纳米SiO_2对聚丙烯抗老化性能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过多巴胺(DA)在纳米SiO_2表面自聚合成聚多巴胺(PDA),利用其高粘附性能将纳米SiO_2和聚丙烯母粒共混,以参混比例为试验因素,熔融共混纺丝;通过300W紫外光老化处理,研究改性纳米SiO_2的参混比例对聚丙烯纤维抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:改性纳米SiO_2在未进行老化时,聚丙烯纤维随着浓度增加强力由37.101cN/dtex增大到43.003cN/dtex;在30h紫外光照射时,随着浓度增大强力由26.041cN/dtex增大到28.916cN/dtex,参混浓度大的纤维强力明显抗老化性能良好。 Polydopamine(PDA)was synthesized by self-polymerization of dopamine(DA)on the surface of nano-SiO2.The nanoSiO2 and polypropylene masterbatch were blended by its high adhesion property.Melt blending spinning was carried out with blending ratio as experimental factor.The effect of the blending ratio of modified nano-SiO2 on the aging resistance of polypropylene fibers was studied by 300 Wultraviolet aging treatments.The results showed that when modified nano-SiO2 was not aged,the strength increased from 37.101cN/dtex to 43.003cN/dtex with the increase of concentration.When irradiated for 30 h,the strength increased from26.041cN/dtex to 28.916cN/dtex the with increase of concentration.The strength of the fiber blended more nano-SiO2 had better aging resistance.
