PET纤维抗紫外白母粒的制备与性能

摘要 选用2种金红石型钛白粉,经双螺杆挤出造粒制备兼具着色与抗紫外性的纤维功能母粒,并将母粒与聚酯切片熔融共混纺丝,采用原液着色法制备了抗紫外PET白色纤维。采用分光测色仪、紫外分光光度计、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重分析仪等对母粒性能进行表征,分别研究了不同类型钛白粉功能母粒的色彩性能、耐热性能、分散性能及其制备纤维的抗紫外性能。经测试表明:原液着色法制备的R-105钛白粉母粒白度和明度皆高于R-104钛白粉母粒,且分散更均匀;R-104钛白粉母粒所纺PET纤维抗紫外防护性能及纤维拉伸强度高于R-105钛白粉母粒所纺纤维;当R-104钛白粉的含量为20%时,所制备的功能母粒综合性能较好。 The masterbatehes with dying and anti-UV properties were prepared by the way of introducing two kinds of TiO2 powders into the PET matrix. The functional fibers were prepared on the method of mixing the masterbatches to the polyester. The performances of masterbatches on the color, UV resistance, heat resistance and dispersion were charactertized by using spectrophotometer,ultraviolet photometer, scanning electronic microscope( SEM ) and thermo gravimetric analyzer. The results showed that the R-105 TiO2 masterbatches were better on color property and dispersity than R-104 TiO2 masterbatches. Besides,the fibers made of the R-104 TiO2 masterbatches were better on UV resistant and mechanical properties than the fibers made of R-105 TiO2 masterbatches. The comprehensive performances of functional white masterbatches were good when the content of the R-104 TiO2 was 20%.
