高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土试验及性能初探 被引量:4

摘要 通过试验研究不同胶集比和减水剂掺量对高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响,比较高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土与无掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土性能上的差异,验证前期试验拟合出来的高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土抗压强度与水胶比和时间计算式的适用性。试验研究结果表明:胶集比是影响高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土工作性能的重要因素,高掺量聚丙烯纤维加入降低了自密实混凝土的扩展度和抗压强度,前期试验拟合出来的高掺量聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土抗压强度与水胶比和时间关系计算式对后期抗压强度的预测效果良好。 The effects of binder to aggregate ratio and superplasticizer on the workability and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with high volume polypropylene fiber were studied.The properties difference on non-incorporate polypropylene fiber self-compacting concrete and self-compacting concrete with high volume of polypropylene fiber were compared.The suitability of compressive strength and water-binder ratio and time formula of self-compacting concrete with high volume of polypropylene fiber fitted in the previous experiment was verified.The experimental results show that the binder to aggregate ratio is an important factor affecting the workability of self-compacting concrete with high volume of polypropylene fiber.The addition of high volume polypropylene fiber reduces the slump-flow and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete.The formula of high-volume polypropylene fiber self-compacting concrete,which were obtained from the previous experiments,have a good effect on the prediction of compressive strength at the later period.
