摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环护理管理在血液透析患者内瘘维护中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2018年6月该院54例血液透析患者为研究对象,分为对照组、研究组,各27例,对照组及研究组患者分别行常规的护理管理及PDCA循环护理管理,比较动静脉内瘘并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者动静脉内瘘并发症发生率明显比对照组低,护理满意率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环护理管理可以有效降低动静脉内瘘并发症发生率,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of PDCA circulation nursing management in the internal fistula maintenance of patients with hemodialysis.Methods 54 cases of patients with hemodialysis treated in our hospital were divided into two groups with 27 cases in each from January 2016 to June 2018,the control group used the routine nursing management,while the research group used the PDCA circulation nursing management,and the incidence rate of complications of venous fistula and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of internal arteriovenous fistula in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfactory degree was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of internal arteriovenous fistula,and the application value is higher.
