摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式在医院血液透析患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法:参与本试验的血液透析患者共80例,按患者入院单双号原则将其分成对照组和研究组,各40例。在临床治疗过程中,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施PDCA循环管理模式。对比分析两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度、焦虑和抑郁负性情绪改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗依从性为97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.538,P=0.001)。观察组患者经PDCA循环管理干预后,其焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.658,P=0.001)。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.804,P=0.001)。结论:医院血液透析患者在临床护理中接受PDCA循环管理,能够在短时间内改善其焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性,同时也能够满足患者的临床护理要求,应用价值突出。
Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA circulation management mode in clinical nursing of hemodialysis patients in hospital.Method:A total of 80 hemodialysis patients participated in this study were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.In the course of clinical treatment,routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group,and PDCA circulation management mode was applied in the study group.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression negative emotion improvement and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The therapeutic compliance of the patients in the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 75.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.538,P=0.001).After the intervention of PDCA circulation management,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.658,P=0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.804,P=0.001).Conclusion:The hospital hemodialysis patients received PDCA circulation management in clinical nursing,can improve their anxiety and depression mood in a short time,improve the treatment compliance of the patients,and also can meet the clinical nursing requirements of the patients,and the application value is prominent.
