摘要
目的研究PDCA循环管理提高护理满意度的效果。方法选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的急危重住院治疗患者100例为研究对象,采用该院自制的调查问卷对患者的护理满意度进行调查分析,并且仔细分析其调查结果。采用PDCA循环管理的四个阶段与八个步骤,对影响满意度的相关因素进行分析,并且提出了相关的改进措施,并在最后阶段进行分析与总结,然后再循环利用这种护理管理方法进行管理。结果相对于PDCA循环管理实施前,实施PDCA循环管理3个月后、6个月后、9个月后的护理满意度显著上升。结论 PDCA循环管理的实施能够有效提高患者的护理满意度,在临床上值得广泛性的推广。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA circulation management to improve nursing satisfaction. Methods Selected in our hospital in June 2013 — 2014 June were critically ill hospitalized patients 100 cases as the research object, using self-made questionnaire of patients satisfaction with nursing care survey and analysis, and careful analysis of the investigation results. Using PDCA circulation management of four stage and eight steps, impact on satisfaction related factors were analyzed, and put forward the relevant improvement measures, and in the final stage are analyzed and summarized and recycling the nursing management methods for management. Results Compared to the implementation of PDCA cycle management, the implementation of the PDCA cycle management 3 months after the 6 months, 9 months after the satisfaction of nursing significantly increased. Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
